Situated at the Sea Point Promenade facing the Atlantic coastline, The Winchester Hotel features a pool and an Italian-style courtyard surrounded by palm trees and fountains.

With original Cape Dutch décor, all air-conditioned rooms and suites at The Winchester Hotel come with satellite TV and tea/coffee facilities. A bathrobe is available in each modern bathroom. Most rooms feature sea or mountain view and some face the Italian piazza style Courtyard.

Full English breakfast is served at Shoreditch Restaurant. It also serves South-African cuisine with a European twist, indoors or on the terrace. High Tea is available every Saturday and on Sundays, there are jazz brunches with live music.

Guests can undergo holistic treatments in the Sanctuary Spa or enjoy paragliding on the beaches. Meanwhile, the 24-hour reception staff can arrange a shuttle service to Cape Town International Airport, 25 km away.

Limited, private, on-site parking and on street parking is available. The V&A Waterfront and Cape Town’s centre are a 10-minute drive from The Winchester Hotel.
